4. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specifically stated in our refund policy.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service with 30 days notice. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms immediately.
